If I move do I need to do anything?
If you move, please always contact. If your move isn’t too far, sometimes we don’t have to change anything. But many times we have to adjust your coverage, or at least update your information.
What do I do if the pharmacy said my prescription isn't covered.
Checking your prescriptions is standard practice before picking out a health plan to make sure they are covered. If you get one down the road this is not covered, there are often times things we can still do to get you coverage for that drug.
